The CSX Keeper Oracle is a specialized node that maintains information between the on-chain environment and Steam inventory information.

It performs the crucial function of verifying that items are being sent from one Steam inventory to another, ensuring the integrity of the trading process.

The Keeper Oracle examines trade offers using seller and buyer trade links, confirms item availability, and oversees the transfer of items.

It also automatically releases the funds to the seller once the trade has been completed, thus providing an added layer of security and trust to the trading process. The Keeper Oracle is an essential component of the CSX ecosystem, ensuring that trades are fair, secure, and efficient. After trade completion, it automatically releases funds from the listing contract to the seller, enhancing transaction security and efficiency in the CSX trade ecosystem.

CSX Council is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the Keeper Oracle. Council members are required to hold a substantial amount of both CSX and vCSX (over 500k each, preferably more) to ensure decisions are made without conflicts of interest.
